After looking for a few months for the perfect 7 seater due to having a big family I came across a Peugeot 5008 at Rangebrook, From start to finish the process was so relaxed and easy they let me look around the car on my own without being pressured answers any questions I had. And then took the car for a test drive. Was very happy with the car. And there was a few marks that needed sorting on the alloys and they happily got them sorted. Quick pick up time with a full mot service and valet. Cannot fault these at all and I would happily go back to them to purchase any other cars in the future. (Peugeot 5008)

I have always brought my cars from main dealers but decided to take the plunge a try an independent garage, the customer service has been amazing from all the team I have dealt with, the premises is professional with a good selection of vehicles.
When buying a second hand car it's never going to be perfect but any issues I raised were quickly dealt with at no expense to myself.

Purchased a Volvo xc90 recently and had a problem with it in the first few days but Mark bent over backwards to help resolve the issue and got the car booked in the next day to see what the problem was , even gave me a courtesy car for a couple of days until the problem was solved, you know a good company when if you have a problem which can happen when buying a used car that the guys actually will try and fix it without arguing the toss , that̢۪s what I call excellent customer care and hopefully I have no other issues but I am sure if I did they would try and help me as much as they could, many thanks to Mark and Stuart and all the guys who made this buying experience a good one and years to come will definitely look at this company first , great job guys .steve Banbury area

What a great service, dropped in on our way back from Wales just to have a look and compare vehicle sizes and specifications. Stuart gave us a selection of keys and left us, and the dog, to our own devices. We found a car and arranged a test drive and the deal was done. I recently purchased a VW Scirocco R-Line from Rangebrook "“ we received a really great service from start to finish.

When we first went to view the car, we were given the keys to the vehicle and left to our own devices. The guys there were laid back but still "very attentive and helpful". The complete opposite of the high pressure salesman that we had dealt with in the past. So it was a nice change!

A man called Stuart took me out for a test drive "“ he seemed really well informed about the vehicle and could answer any questions I had. When we got back to the dealership all the vehicle documentation was readily available when we wanted to view it.

I have to say that this company seems to be completely transparent about the vehicles they sell.

The guys that work there are very helpful and don't pressure you at all!

Six weeks down the line and I'm still really happy with my purchase, no issues as of yet (touch wood).
